ServiceNow Developer

Experience : 5 to 8 years

Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible to provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using recommended practice, web programming techniques for the ServiceNow platform. The primary purpose of this position is to support the Customer Service Management (CSM) module, integrations, custom Apps and HR module.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script Includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound
  • Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation
  • Ability to think analytically about problems and derive conclusions through research
  • Deep knowledge in ServiceNow and Service Management tools portfolio
  • Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting ServiceNow Customer Service Management module
  • Proficient in front end and/or backend technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, Web Services, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services
  • Strong hands-on experience with scripting using Javascript ServiceNow System
  • Experience with CSM

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ready to explore newer technologies to make the development process easier.
  • Able to solve problems independently, taking ownership of the projects you work on.
  • Highly organized and thorough with critical attention to detail and documentation 
  • Proactive, self – motivated, and strong ability to learn new things.

Certifications:

Nice to have – Certified implementation specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or any other)
